These terms cover the Qibla Daily app for iOS and Android, including Qibla Daily Premium. The separate website terms cover qibladaily.com.
Qibla Daily is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Prayer times, qibla bearings and Hijri dates are calculated estimates. For matters of religious obligation, verify them against a trusted local authority — a mosque or a local Islamic council — rather than relying on this or any single app.
Prayer times, prayer notifications, the qibla compass, the prayer tracker, basic qada counting, the learn-to-pray guide and the dua library are free, and remain free. Premium does not gate them.
Qibla Daily Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It removes all advertising and adds the qada planner (daily pace and a projected completion date). It is offered on two terms:
The price for each term is shown in your own currency on the purchase screen before you confirm, and that displayed price is the one that applies.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings or your Google Play subscription settings — cancelling stops future renewals and leaves the current paid period running to its end.
Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us.
What the app collects, and what it never collects, is set out in the app privacy policy. You can delete your account and everything stored with it from Settings → Delete account, inside the app.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We correct errors as soon as they are confirmed but cannot guarantee the app is free of them at any given moment. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
These terms may be updated as the app develops; material changes will be reflected on this page, and a price change to an existing subscription always requires your consent through the store before it takes effect.
